Texas Tax Back

Texas Tax Back provides sales tax reimbursement to foreign shoppers who qualify under the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Tax Code. The State of Texas allows international shoppers to receive sales tax refunds on merchandise purchased in Texas and within 30 days of departure from the United States. Export declaration certificates, commonly known as “manifiestos” are prepared and presented to retailers for reimbursement of sales taxes.
