Although The Shops at La Cantera does not support mall walkers, we encourage customers to walk the mall

The Shops at La Cantera now allows dog owners to bring their well-behaved dogs to the common areas of the mall. Please check with each retailer whether or not dogs are allowed in their store or on the outdoor patio areas of restaurants. See more on our Pet Policy.

Parking is free for guests and employees at The Shops at La Cantera.

Valet parking is available at four convenient locations:

• P.F. Chang’s China Bistro | Monday – Saturday  12PM – 8PM, Sundays 12PM – 6PM
• Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille/Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar | Fridays 11AM – 11PM and Saturdays 4PM – 11PM
• The Cheesecake Factory/Palenque Grill | Friday-Saturday 12PM – 11PM, Sundays 12PM – 6PM

For the convenience of our guests, designated employee parking is restricted to the outer region of each parking field

9 electric car charging stations are located throughout our parking lot. Charging Stations are located in the parking lots by Nordstrom, P.F. Chang's, Palenque Grill/Cheesecake Factory and the Mall entrance by Anthropology.

• There are 5 restrooms on Level 1. Restrooms can be found between Justice & Clarks, between PacSun & Foot Locker, next to francescas, outside Riley Rose, and between Sunglass Hut & UNTUCKit
• On Level 2, you can find restrooms outside Barnes & Noble.

Family Restrooms can be found between Justice & Clarks, next to Francesca’s and between Sunglass Hut & UNTUCKit.

On Level 1 near Forever 21 and Chick-fil-A, also between H&M and Zara.

Wheelchairs are available to check out at Mall Management (Mon-Fri 8:30AM to 5PM) and at Mall Security during non-mall office hours. Mall Management office is located near Forever 21 and behind Lenscrafters. 

No, strollers and double strollers are not available to rent at The Shops at La Cantera. 

Yes, it’s located on Level 1 in the common area by Dillard’s and Macy’s.

On Level 1 near Bar Louie and also near francesca’s. 

An ATM Machine can be found on Level 1 near Kay Jewelers and Helzberg Diamonds.
